1Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Club 33. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Club 33 platform, website, and all related services ("Services"). In this document, "we" or "Club 33" refers to the operator of the Club 33 platform, while "you" or "Member" refers to a registered user of the Services.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Club 33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are deemed to form part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use Club 33's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use Club 33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Club 33 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If you fail to provide satisfactory proof, or if it is found that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, Club 33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any balance associated with ineligible activity.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one (1) active account at Club 33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice, including the forfeiture of all related funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. Submitting false or misleading information is a serious breach of this Agreement.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password strictly confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Club 33 support immediately.
• Club 33 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Club 33 reserves the right to request a copy of your identity card, utility bill, or other relevant documents as part of the KYC process.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Club 33 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include:

• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks)

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although daily limits may apply depending on your payment method and account VIP status. Deposited funds are typically credited to your Club 33 account within seconds of a successful transaction.

You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to you. Club 33 reserves the right to hold or return any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity or an unauthorised party.

5Fund Withdrawal

Club 33 members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed and passed the full KYC verification process.
• No outstanding bonus rollover requirements on the funds you wish to withdraw.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or consistent with, the deposit method used.

Withdrawal processing times are between 3 and 5 minutes for eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) and up to 24 hours for FPX bank transfers, depending on the receiving bank's processing time. Club 33 VIP Members enjoy faster priority processing.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Club 33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• 100% Welcome Bonus (up to RM 500): A 15x rollover on the total deposit and bonus amount applies before withdrawals are permitted.
• Weekly Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to a 10x rollover.
• 15% Weekly Cashback: Credited every Monday at 12:00 PM. Maximum cashback of RM 1,000 per week.

• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided and refunded.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary:

• Creating more than one account to exploit the bonus or promotions system.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Transferring balances between different Club 33 accounts without authorisation.

• Any form of player collusion in games involving live competition.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs for unfair advantage.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Club 33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Registering with false information or causing Club 33 to be deceived.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If the closure is at your own request and no terms have been violated, any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, Club 33 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Club 33's decision in this regard is final.
